DNU - the dispatcher Jeff is a real jerk. My driver had 4.5 hours loading and another 4.5 hours unloading - we gave 4 hours free and did not bother to look into giving us anything for the remaining time. MY driver gave fast service and unloaded the whole load alone. which consisted of machinery and horse pens etc. Jeff did nothing but complain about my guy being early on both ends. guess quality of service means nothing. These guys will be going on my DNU list right away and I will be letting everyone I know not to haul their freight.
