GTA to Montreal

Just wondering what the going rate is these days for a 53 ft dry van load from the GTA to Montreal? General freight.
We haven't run this lane for MANY years so I just wanted to see if anything has changed. If I remember correctly, it used to be a pretty crappy rate.
What about Montreal back to the GTA?

Montreal to GTA - between 500 and 650 all in.

GTA to Montreal - 700-750 depending on time of the year and weight of the shipment

Thaw period is over for Zone 1 so, rates are coming back to normal a little.

All depends with whom you're dealing with!
