We did a Friday afternoon pick up in Chicago for them in November, they told us the customs broker would be "all over" the paperwork. When it wasn't - we called their after hours number and they gave us the wrong broker info. Long story short they deducted $422.50 from our invoice.
Deal with them at your own peril, I dealt with Bernard he said he blamed the driver who made a small error on the bond paperwork as his reason for slashing our invoice. Yes it must be the drivers fault these guys don't know who their customers customs broker is.
