I think it is a good thing to mention the good thing and people you come across when dealing with an unexpected event. One of our trucks broke down yesterday morning on the 401 W near Bowmanville, ON. Being a Kenworth truck, we googled and came across the dealership in Bowmanville (wow, so close ! ) Well, Shelly came on the phone and took thing from there. What great service. She even delivered the bad news (Cost) in such a fantastic way that it didn't hurt a bit. She took great care in finding accomodations for our driver and his little companion (tite homme). The mechanic did a fantastic job and got things done just a little under the estimated time and estimated cost too. I must say that the team at Kenworth Bowmanville did a great job of making an expensive repair a positive encounter.
