Goggins Transport - Paying Anyone?

Wondering if anyone else is owed money by Jim Goggins of Goggins Transport in Aurora? I still have an outstanding invoices thru his nephew at KCG Freightworks that I am chasing Goggins for. He claims to be struggling since his customer Quebecor went bankrupt? He was selling his building apparently. Different people pickup the phone there everyday so he still has staff and must be alright - has anyone received payment from Goggins in the last month or so?
