Good evening guys and gals,

Out of curiosity, I would like to have your thoughts here on our business. Who has bad or good to say about us? I am thinking of spending more and more time on what our carriers need and think of us. I actually set up a satisfaction survey to all our carriers.

Your thoughts - good or bad.

What I would like to hear is what sets us apart, if anything, from other brokers out there.

Last payment was in May/10 at 40 days.
 
We have done a number of loads in the past few years with GMR and the average days is 38.

As for the company itself, I always find them to be helpful and knowledgeable about their loads. Rates are fair and I find that they are not as bad as some out there that need you to price everything. And if their rate is low, they are willing to go to their client and they do get back to you.

On one occasion, they ordered our truck for LTL and when we got there, it was twice a big as advertised because the customer had doubled the order and had not let them know. They had absolutely no qualms paying a TONU.

So, all in all, as good as you can get for a broker.
 
We have done quite a few loads with GMR and haven't had any problems with them.

Average days to pay - around 40 days.

That is nice to hear, thank you for the good words everyone. We are glad to see our ethics and good practices makes us a good partner.
