Hi,
Has anyone dealt with this carrier before?
GILLTRUX ENTERPRISES LTD, DBA GEOWAVE LOGISTICS
Trying to find some information on them, but Geowave Logistics doesn't show anything from searches from what I can see, only under Gilltrux
They don't answer the phone and have a few different addresses listed in BC with a SK (306) area code phone number..

I know - this doesn't pass the smell test. IMHO.
 
On the other hand, MAYBE this person ran the load through them and it worked out, won't know until we get an update/explanation/ban/etc.

My apologies for the late reply.
We did end up using this carrier for 2 loads, in the end, they did communicate (but were slow to reply with their accounting) and were decent to deal with, they even were quite patient with a delayed pick up..

Any update on this carrier? They are asking to pick up a load and it seems that they have recently changed phone numbers and the contact that's on the MC number doesn't match who's contacting us with a different address..

Always call the publically available phone number listed on their MC.

In this case, follow the advice above and find another carrier

Beware of these guys. On Aug 9 we picked up a load for them from ON to AB. They promised us Quick pay. On the day of delivery their dispatcher told us to send POD and void cheque. We sent both documents and after two hours one of their idiot accounting guy called us and told us as this is first load, quick pay is not an option and speaks rudely. Then we called their dispatch 10 times and one of the guy answered the call and told me that he can not do anything ,when i insisted to talk to the owner he transferred me to person name Gary. That guy was speaking punjabi and told me he is going to drop his kids to school and will solve it within one hour. He gave one number starting with 604 which was a text now number and no one is answering. It creates doubt in our mind and we called the shipper. today morning original broker called us and told us that he gave the load to this company way less than they sold us. These guy took QOD from original brokers and double brokered the loads further on higher prices because they don't pay. Beware of this company and don't gave or take load from these guys. These are scammers.

We got scam too too by then owe us $4900 it’s been 70 plus days no payment yet no answer I contact customer and original broker on this which was nauge logistics already inform them too
