I've used them twice now, both jobs got completed without damage, but found the service slow, and communication could use work.

Would like to add a small additional comment, I got this strange feeling the freight might have been double brokered, especially after the 2nd haul BUT, I have nothing to confirm that, poor communication gives me that feeling sometimes, so it could have just been that, poor communication, and nothing more.

They did 2 loads for us in September of last year. Both from Ontario heading out west with multiple drops. No issues.
 
I just used them and they did what was asked although pretty simple they still managed to do well and communicated
 
They just offered us a load but looks like they don't have broker authority.
 
Weird company did a load for them. Took a while to get paid and they paid me in installments of 3 payments to cover the invoice of $6800. They never ignored me but took a while to pay.
 
I use Giant Leaf a few times per month and they have always been good. I would not hesitate to book one of my flatbed shipments with them. I have personally always had good comms with Sahil over there.

I cannot confirm if they broker freight or not.
