Non payer - owe over $13,000 since December 2007 - phone number out of service - corresponding only via email with us - saying the loads are not theirs but another Genesis...located at 194 Burnhamthorpe West, Oakville - said that was their "warehouse location" - private residence - billing address they are using is 6-2400 Dundas Street W - told me that was their "office" - turned out to be a post office box - anyone else having problems with them or know the owner's name? - DO NOT extend credit to Genesis Logistics - Beware....

We had a double brokering situation with them -- they gave one of our loads to another carrier for a cheaper rate than we paid them. They then didnt pay the actual carrier. We had long since paid Genesis. It is a lady who owns Genesis and she has left town from what we understand. Do you have the email address that you are corresponding with them?

genlogcollections@yahoo.ca is the email address - I was under the impression that Ben owned Genesis Logistics - the only woman I ever spoke to was Clare (English) - I am sure either Ben or Clare resides at the 194 Burnhamthorpe address in Oakville which they claimed was their "warehouse location". All of their loads were double brokered and unfortunately we did 3 large loads within 2 days and when our dispatch caught on to the double broker scenario that was going on - we cut them off...I am sure they have burned many carriers for alot of money and are using the excuse there are 3 "Genesis" carriers in the business operating. They told me via email our invoices needed to be "reviewed" to make sure they were in fact for Genesis Logistics. Never heard from them since....
