Stay far far away from these guys out of Brampton,ON. They made +-5 loads for us since May, which were ok, but the last one we gave them turned out to be a nightmare.
Here is the full story:
They picked-up in Montreal,QC last Thursday and were supposed to deliver rush on friday near Owen Sound,On (they had until 11h00 pm to deliver).They were well aware that this was a rush order. The truck never showed up on Friday and we were not able to reach them either by emails or on the 3 phone numbers they provided. I was finally able to talk to Kumar, their dispatcher, saturday morning at 10h30 am. He said his driver arrived at 6h00 pm on friday and the plant was close.
When I told him they were open until 11h00 pm and the plant manager was there waiting for the truck, He started yelling at me and said I was a motherf.. a piece of sh... and that my material was in a warehouse in Brampton and that I could call the cops if I wanted too. I was not able to place a word as he was still screaming on the phone so I hung up. My teamate who set-up the transport with Kumar called him back a few hours later as Kumar had the time to cool off. He told him he was sorry and that he would send the driver back at the delivery at 10h00 am sharp on Sunday. Guess what, the truck arrived 5 hours later, at almost 3h00 pm, but the truck they sent was empty !! The driver had nothing but bad excuses to say.
My boss spoke with Kumar sunday afternoon to try and clear up the mess but he was just told more and more lies.
We decided to send one of our sales rep at the terminal of Future 21 on Monday Morning to clarify the situation face to face with them. Luckily for us, we finally got the material back as it was sitting in a warehouse in Brampton.
We found a truck to deliver in Owen Sound same day. Our sales rep told us that Kumar was trying since Thursday pm to find a truck to do the Brampton - Owen Sound part but was not able to find anyone...
