Just got this email from a double broker, who owe me money.

the words out I guess....

Im sorry but the word is out there that you are about to go under and you have a few claim suits pending

I like that they are trying to get around paying you, when you also owe them! haahaa...

Ilya at Y7E is quite a character...
 
Caught them Double Brokering a year ago. Called Eli on it and tried to Lie his way through the conversation. Last load ever for them.
 
But if he doesn't pay the carrier that he rebrokered your load to will you not have to pay that carrier $700 in 2 months when they come knocking?

The word is out, yes it is.
