If you're asking about their payment trend, we haven't done anything for them for a while (but did always get paid).
If you're asking about their professionalism, I'm not fond of their dispatchers. I find them rude, pushy and low on their rates.

Low is an understatement on outbound on inbound they get the bend over if you bite I will do it just because you are a crook on outbound rate!! And Mike yes they will pay
Payment
The are low on the rates on the outbound but have quite a bit of freight.
They have a few very big customers.
Worked with them for at least 4-5 years.
They pay around 45 days which is tolerable for Canadian Freight brokers.
By the way , who set that standard? Most Americans pay in 14 - 21 days.

My mistake, the 14 days was old ICC rule. The new rules say 30 days.
