I got a contract from Fuel Transport Inc. (Montreal) the other day.
Anyone else fortunate enough to be blessed with a copy of that fine literary piece of fictional artwork ???
If you were lucky enough to get one, what did you think of it ?
 
We got one as well, it had a lot of stroke outs and initials before it went back. I have not heard back from them on it despite saying please contact me for an explanation. I guess they will get enough people that won't actually read it and just sign it. I really do hope no one actually honours their request to be named as an additional insured.
 
Interesting tid-bit of information ... the person responsible for creating that document, their "in-house counsel", is a real estate lawyer, and apparently someone who excels in research. It would be my guess that just about zero research went into that document though.

We did a load on July 27th and the contract page to sign was the same as any one else's. Nothing out of the ordinary.
 
Yeah, but what about the other pages? Usually the funny stuff is hidden away in addendum B page 9.
