Anyone else having trouble getting an answer from this company. Have an invoice 60 days old all I get is voice mail, left numerous messages no response as to getting paid , they are out of Wallenstein, Ont

We have made numerous attempts to contact via e-mail and phone with no avail. The shipper cannot get a hold of him either.

What makes me frustrated is that he has links to "The Logistics Institute" and they allow him to use the P.Log post-nominal acronym behind his name on his emails and on his website. We see these professional associations and expect some backup behind it.
 
Was the shipper/receiver Kim-Tech? RR manages the operation but the man that signs the cheque is named Kim, who also owns Kim-Tech.

I am not a member of the Logistics Institute, but LI accredited members are the individual and not the corporation. They do have some "corporate memberships" on their website, but Frontier is not one of them.

Although I have know RR for many years (20+), I still had to sue Frontier in SCC. They did not defend, and I was successful at garnishing their bank account.

No, the shipper in this case was not Kim-Tech. Funny though, our previous load, which was paid, was a Kim-Tech load.
 
Just an update...

After months of calling, leaving messages and demanding payment we were finally paid in full (no interest of course).

The invoice was 224 days old dated May 20, 2014.
 
224 days that is crazy. I've used them once to move a Flatbed load for us. No issues on our end.
 
Krystle i'm sure that the people listed here have no equipment and are just a logistics company. There are a few company's in Ontario with close to similar names.
 
Almost took a load from them, sounded pretty shady.

Read this review and will not attempt to deal with this company.
