You could probably contact a handful of these carriers to ask about their credit-worthiness.

Do a search for Freightopolis on this forum, they are another version of a loadboard. On another note it looks like they pay the carriers wonder if the need a Surety Bond?

I had a friend who was hired for sales from these guys. They apparently thought they were the greatest thing since sliced bread and raised a tonne of capital from non-industry investors. Guess none of them ever heard of Freightquote.com.

My buddy told me the owners name is Jack Pollack but there where a lot of investors involved too.
