Anyone advise, how to handle the situation during this COVID 19. Freight rate is way below nowadays within Canada for an outbound.Loads not offer by brokers by mid-size carrier posting loads for coverage.

But losing a load over 170$ is not worth 3 days worth of non stop driver texts and complaints about coming home or when can they come into work to go outbound. Imagine if you have 60 trucks and 40 have cry babies in the seat?

Absolutely right Rob. Hey, Shayne initially No broker was giving load due to new authority but I kept trying to find loads, and then I accepted low rates freight to build my credibility with services like I have been calling and calling Ch Robinson but not getting loads from them but yes I did so many loads for Ch through other carriers.
so for me, I just need solid connections.
thank you so much for the advice.

We need to strategy plan 'Operation Cry Baby Oust'...we have a few that need dealing with....
Those companies who work professionally they know how to handle crazy drivers but some company deals every driver with the same yardstick. hoping for the best as far as professionalism is concerned Trucking industry is far away.
