Good luck on your ventureNo updates here at all. Gathering a class action with reputable collectors for very reasonable amounts. We have 2 trucking companies so far that havent been paid by Freight Machos, reached out to Atlantic Packaging, they responded in a very negligent manner ( we will help, but disappeared since Feb 1 at the same time Freight Machos officially went out of business).
If anyone is interested, please PM me as we are going to start a legal process against Atlantic Packaging. My invoices personally are 90 days old. Dont wait !
Good luck on your venture
by the way no sarcasm i promise you thatI sense some sarcasm, do you care to elaborate?
@Gr8Loads is on to something. It's not worth a couple thousand to go to court and fight for money but if someone goes to court with a large number of claims and a large sum of money then there will be more aptitude to pursue it to the level needed to get something at either the broker, the director of the broker, the freight payor or a combination of all of them.Just seems to be long process and sometimes seems to be more work than it is worth or people just disappear and never found to finish the claim
Typical ghosting. this is crazyI have been trying to reach them for awhile as well
