Still getting the run around from these people on invoices from Oct and Jan cheques have been mailed at least 3 times and mysteriously they disappear

Anyone know if ATI or AGI is going to be their new name since when I phone the voice mail pickup says if you want Freight Contract press #24 if you want ATI press #21
