Anyone have any dealings or payment info with this company?

We have three invoices with them and just calling to get payment status, but two weeks in a row now the same thing happens. When I call in I press 3 (their option for accounting) and then some guy answers and tells me I have to call back and press 3 for accounting. When I tell him I just did that, he hangs up. When I call back I just get voicemail after pressing 3.
