I found this very interesting that the FMCSA will post the fines levied against carriers. I downloaded the excel file from https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/sites/fmcsa.dot.gov/files/docs/closedByEnforcement_FY2015_06-19-2015.xlsx and was surprised.
It lists the fine amount and the compliant by section number. You may be surprised to see who is on this list.
