DNU - thought we would give them a try with 1 skid 1000 lbs to Michigan, as people posted a good report under carrier relations. ***THIS IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN***. Thurs pick for a Fri deliver, Friday we received a call the driver was sick, freight would deliver Monday, Monday told it would deliver by 3.00pm. Late Monday told it was in Chicago, driver missed the drop off, Tuesday freight was at a terminal in New Buffalo, Mi, cross docking for delivery Wed. Today Wed I get a e-mail from consignee that driver is at the wrong plant in a different city, the customer agrees to put it on their internal shuttle. They go to find the driver and he has left with freight to back to the Lansing Terminal. I now find out that Flex double broker to another Canadian Carrier without our knowlege, who then used 2 different "agents", where I have to send my own truck into their Lansing terminal to get skid picked up and deliver myself. Lies, lies and more Lies, Oh! and they will call you right back, never a call.
Anitoe booked the freight, but aways wonders why we are bothering him on his cell when tracing, Ricca has a different storry every day.
I guess we should have know better when MC# only showed 1 truck but Anitoe said they had 11 trucks, just thought this was an updating problem. Hope nobody else gets burned by these people.
