Absolutely brutal carrier.

We actually reported the freight stolen... they delivered the following day.
Does not answer Emails, cell calls, texts.

He lost complete visibility of the shipment we gave him.

Haven't seen the ppwk yet - so I don't know if it was double brokered or not.

We went to his "office" the neighbour said they hadn't seen him in months.

On our DNU

I ended up giving them the order for the same day pickup before I notifed Nawks reply. By the time I noticed, the driver was already at the shipper.

They picked up and that night I get a call that there is issues with customs paperwork. I fix the problem in 10 minutes I get the okay from the customs broker that it will clear. He emails me at 8 am next day that I will have to pay layover charge. I get his paps and check to see when the shipment was cleared. The shipment has cleared the night before at 9 pm. I ended up following up on the PAPS to see when the driver would cross. At only 1:30 pm the driver ended up crossing. So he lied to me about layover charge and tried to rip me off to make a few extra dollars.

His PAPS was under the company name, but he thought he could just lie to get a layover. He is supposed to deliver later today, but I am not giving him any more loads. DNU.

Did a load into Mexico with Flatbedders transport. Instead of leaving the trailer for the Mexican carrier, driver insisted on offloading at the cross dock. This caused us a large extra fee since the unit was a small locomotive and a crane had to be used. We ironed out the issue with them monetarily, however the load was not as smooth as it should have gone. Now I wonder if the load was double brokered, and if this is going to come back to haunt us.

Youngtea, why don't you send them invoice for $ 100.00 for lying.
Just to see a reaction...

Nick already knows I found him lying as I followed up with him a few times about the driver not crossing. I can see how some new brokers would fall into his lies and pay him his layover.
