I've only used them a few times over the past year (few LTL's from MO to Calgary and a few FTL's from AR to Calgary), but they always picked up and delivered on time, no complaints so far with the service and communication.

Total pieces of lying trash. All they do is pickup (with an agent), linehaul it to Winnipeg (maybe with another agent), and then re-ship via rail or with whomever else they want. They don't tell you, and they lie all the way through about why the order is late. I held their last invoice for 90 days waiting to see if the carrier who actually delivered our order would be calling for payment. I didn't hear from anyone so I released it to their factoring company after about 5 calls with them. They were very appreciative to inform them of how this 'operation' works. I told them I have seen this model a hundred times from little, ill-equipped fish like Flat Out...and it ends up, 100% of the time in doors being closed and P&D companies being screwed. I feel bad for their agents.
Anyway. Maybe the 'service' was good, if you weren't checking on who was loading/delivering and it wasn't a rush. I would avoid like the plague if I were you (whoever you may be ;)

crap, before we got the below info we booked an LTL with them from Minneapolis, MN to Red Deer. I called them and Sharon answered right away and let me know it was on schedule for tomorrow. I'll keep you posted...
 
I use them all time for LTL out of the Mid West to Western Canada . Good communication and decent rates . Service is decent for LTL
