- days of tracing and in speaking with different individuals, getting different answers each time for shipment status

Wosrt carrier possible! Diane lies beyon belief! Told us her driver had the flu for 3 days! meanwhile, she delivered the freight to another carrier and was waiting for them to deliver! BS after BS, unreal how they can make up stories, sticks to them even when you confront them after finding out what it really going on. Then she blames the other carrier saying that it is what she has been told...hold on, you told me YOUR driver had the flu!
Anyways, I'd rather have a root canal than to deal with these liars! NEVER AGAIN!
