have recently been caught double brokering loads, offering more money than what they have been paid. If you have taken loads from them recently you may want to call the shipper or customer to find out who the load belongs to and resolve immediately.
 
And so it is Final Transport is actual Everest and they are into the scamming, double brokering non paying again.
There is a luke there as well.
 
Unfortunately looks like we got hit as well. Took a load from Final transport out of the States and dropped in Miss for furtherance to Alberta. Shipper recognized our company and called to see why freight hadn't delivered yet. Turns out they had given it to their regular carrier who had brokered it to Cheetah - Cheetah brokered to Final who gave it to us and another carrier (for the Alberta part). They are not letting anyone know who has the freight now and are holding it hostage until they get paid.

Can someone please provide the proper phone and address for the Final Transport which is linked to Everest Freight. There are a couple companies with this name - the original poster who added this link between the 2 companies should clarify on this as soon as possible.

yes that would be correct, slip of toungue came out while they were negotiating their latest hostage freight situation and refered to themselves as Everest freight.
When the product was retireved from the cross dock they were holding the freight at, their ppwk showing at crossdock also refered to themseleves as Everest freight.

Thank you crosgre for confirming that. All of the "flags" are there with this company.

They do not have a Link account - work out of a crummy beaten down apartment building (no office suite as noted on their app) and were offering way too much money on specific loads.

Thanks for the info crosgre / checks out on SAFER WEB / dba as Transport Ligne Finale / will advise FMCSA of their unlawful activities and hope they react quickly
 
Glad I saw this one, just caught these dirtbags trying to double broker a load from an American broker.

They were posting on Link, lucky the original broker was still posting the load and we were able to get it from them after explaining what Final was doing.
 
is final still on load link? if so what are they listed as? We need to get them off.
 
Final just tried to send me a cancellation fax, mistakenly sent it to my phone line... caller ID still comes up as Everest. For a company that is trying to pull a fast one on the industry they aren't real swift.

They are screwing up everyone. Big Scam going on. They do double brokerage. They sell loads(double brokering) , get money from the company who give them load and never pay to the carriers who actually delivers the load. I strongly recommend the carrier company who uses them that they should not pay them.

Pay to the carrier who delivers the load.
