Fer Transport

We used them once in November last year on a hot load. They had customs border paperwork problem, (this may have been shipper who didn't send all paperwork). They were very pleasant to deal with but didn't update us as we asked, we had to keep calling them on this hot load. Only the one experience sorry.
 
Oscar, in dispatch is o.k. Just keep on top of him. Service is good. All O/O. If there are any issues
ask for the owner - Roman. Safety @ Safer Web not the greatest. Need to improve in that dept.
 
I was just searching for another 3 letter carrier and saw a posting on Fer Transport earlier in the year. There were 2 responses they were both good.
 
These guy's are good. They have moved over 150 Reefer loads for us. Just this year a-lone, they will pick up & deliver on time.
With no hick up's. Just as you mentioned (Oscar) In dispatch needs to communicate better.
