FEATURE OF THE WEEK: Drawing the line - Planning an employee party? Keep legal issues

What a crock of manure! What ever happened to "personal responsability"? People know when they walk into a place that serves alcohol and they choose to partake that they MAY have one too many. Why should a server, host, bar owner/hall owner or ANYONE else be held responsable for someone else's action?
 
It started years ago in UK. I used to own pubs over there. One guy got drunk & fell off a bar stool & sued the owners. We took all of our bars stools out... either that or attach seats belts & safety harness's to them.!! No one nailed that guys hands to the bar & force fed him drinks, but... he won his case
