We did a load in October for Family Logistics in Griswold Iowa. Our collections person was getting the run around until we found out this morning that although the phone and fax we have is still active and being answered by the same guy who we booked the load with, he is no longer Family Logistics and we can go fish for the $2900 we are owed as he has changed his name to Eastern logistics. Does anyone know where to go from here as far as collecting the money is concerned. It was an Iowa to Pensylvania load, we delivered a day early and there weren't any issues or damages.

I would suggest you do the bill of lading act if you have the orginal bill of lading. You can call the shipper/receiver and collect off of them.

If you have any questions on how to do that, please contact me with a private message and I will guide you with it. I have done this so many times and always have got paid.

You can also send it into collections, but you will lose a %. I know of a good collection agency in Canada and also in the US.
