Executive Transportation

I should update my previous post and advise I'll be unable to tender any future orders to Executive (Jordan). Unfortunately service has taken a hit since Mel left.

I did find out where Melanie is working when I was looking for a truck for this load. She is happily with MJ Express and you can reach her by email at dispatch@mjexpress.com they do LTL still but don't yet have heated vans. She was really nice and I can see why she has such a great reputation.

I don't know who you are and there is no need for this type of language, on the other note, i only had positive experience with Executive.

We recently offered an increase in business and I immediately regret that decision as I've got 2 shipments MIA for 2 days and the reply we receive is "I can't reach my driver(s) at all".

I'm seriously shocked as I always held them and their service levels on a bit of a pedestal.

You should alway call the owner of a company to see if he can help with a problem when you aren’t getting the right answers
 
Thank you for the advice Jetplane,

The good news is that the individual that was causing some of the issues is no longer there. I would expect the current and future service levels from Executive to be as excellent as we had come to expect for many, many years. I'd be happy to put them under any order from LTL to hot expedite as I know the job will get done.

Exactly MikeJr. Anyone who thinks that a lie is better than the truth cannot be trusted. I will be sure to alert my staff that Jordan is back on the scene at Executive.
 
Just an update, Melanie is no longer with MJ Express, as she is back working at Executive Transportation.
Jordan is still not involved with the company.
