Anyone heard of or dealt with these folks. Operating out of a house at 1065 Countrystone Drive, Kitchener, ON.
 
have only done one load but they paid within 30 days. I couldn't find much on them from Equifax or references as they seemed to be a fairly "new" company when they applied for credit with us
 
They've been a customer of ours since Nov '13 and they've paid every single invoice before it was due. Excellent account for us.
 
they just sent us a load confirmation, as well as a Transportation Agreement .. " reimburse if load has delays".. is this normal to send these types of agreements?
I would appreciate any input or comments please and thank you.
 
just because it is in there agreement doesn't mean you have to leave it in there i take clauses out all the time if they want to do business they will accept the changes. If you are not comfortable with things in it take them out and sign and send back, ensure you initial the areas you change in agreement.
 
we have done a few loads, direct deposit .. (about 10 days after notice) .. days to pay : 45 , no issues here
(as of July 2015)
 
If they are out of Milton, they used my services on two occasions. i picked up a cheque from their second floor office last year. I think they are a broker only.
