Hired them to do a full van load. Emailed the paperwork with all the shipping details and I received an email stating 'RECEIVED AND CONFIRM'. I then received another email 11 minutes later saying he can't do it as none of his drivers want to go there. Now has all customer details. Very disorganized and has been added to my DNU list. STAY AWAY.
