Empire moved freight for us in November just the 1 shipment picked up and delivered on time.

For us, it took 2 weeks for LTL from Montreal to Alberta.
They went on and on with lies and everything they could come up with.
We don't touch that carrier anymore.

Be very cautious dealing with Empire in Montreal. They started paying very slow and we ended up cutting them off after averaging 80+ days to pay. Constant chasing and calling - it was exhausting to clear this account up.

Their staff seemed to shuffle around in positions and A/P - Rajinder - started his own logistics company and was never there to take calls....

Beware...beware...

After reading the posts I checked our POD and it shows Arkam Logistics faxed it to Empire Logistics looks like someone else delivered our freight, now on our dnu. Thanks

they are never on time and they are also on our DNU list from last 6 months took them 2 weeks to deliver my freight.

AP just told me today that due to their slow paying customers, they aren't paying until closer to 90 days. I'm at 72 days now, and not even getting a window of payment.

I just hope I do get it before 90.

No, payment never showed, and I think the # is out of service now (hard to tell, message is in french).
