I was out for a walk the other night and it looked like the office was vancant. I did not go across the street to check but from my side it looked empty.. Good luck with collecting Tracy can be hard to get paid from.

She was in a building at the SE corner of Main and Stover in Norwich - that is the one that looked mty. I know she lives in town but not sure where.

When did you see Tracey? Did you get payment recently? She apparently was "on holidays" - all last week. And wasn't in the office a few weeks ago either for another week.
Nice that you can go on holidays when people owed money are calling and emailing constantly....convenient time to be away....
We are chasing her also - have been for a couple months now. I am going to ask our Sales Rep to take a drive out since she will not return any calls or emails....

I gave up on collecting from Tracey and we are going to small claims court.

It has been very frustrating - she doesn't do what she says she will and then when you follow up - she won't take calls or return emails...
I don't know how she has stayed in business for this long. We had problems with her years ago - cut her off - then tried again - big mistake....
A word to all on the forum - Emo is not paying....do not extend any credit to this company. At this rate - it is just a matter of time before she closes up....

I have submitted a non payment email to Victoria at Link...
I encourage others to do so today and we will then have "3 strikes" to shut her account off...

I was to Traceys office back July 26 or 27th around then, she had a pile of invoices about 6 inches thick that she grabbed my 2 from, so there are a few there. She gave me 2 post dated cheques one for Aug.1 and Aug.8 I am double checking now to make sure they cleared the bank but I haven't been told otherwise (but I have been on holidays for 2 weeks)

Just confirmed first cheque cleared ok second made of rubber bounced I will visit Tracey again

Did you meet with EMO for payment this week? I wondered if Tracey and John were even in the office all week as their account has been shut off with Link since last week.
An update would be appreciated....
