Emerson / Pembina - blockade

UPDATE:
We crossed at Gretna, MB going North - didn't need to update ACI - it's a permit border but they are letting trucks thru
Going South choice is Dunseith, ND or Roseau, MN - however weather in Winnipeg is fairly bad.. so proceed with caution
 
We got word that Tolstoi, MB was allowing commercial traffic through too. Before I knew this, i changed all my ports to Boissevain and Fort Frances.. Wonder if those officers will allow us through with the wrong port on the PARS?
 
CBSA announced yesterday, no need to change port code due to current disruptions.
So if you setup your pars at Sarnia, you could safely cross at another port without having to change your port code on your ACI or call the broker and change the port.
