Email hacked

So our email was hacked - I had invoiced a broker and the hacker just took over the email and sent this:

Good day,
Kindly advise when you want to arrange payment so I can send you our new banking details for payment as previous one is on auditing.
Waiting for your reply to give you bank account for payment.

Thank you for trusting us with your freight

Just want to warn anyone getting a similar email to check with the carrier first as this broker did and I truly appreciate it. Some tell tale signs...
1. 'Good Day' typically used by people abroad
2. 'Kindly' same - almost no one in North America uses this term

And why would you wait for someone to reply to give bank account info to?

who here buys cyber insurance? I'm not here to sell, just advise. i can tell you that hackers are targeting transporation segments due to the demographics. Most carriers are not sophisticated with IT and if you don't have your own IT security - then you should strongly think about having the insurance companies step in when a loss occurs to pay for the damages and help clean up the mess.
