Has anyone worked with Elliot Best out of Watford ON MC# 568239?
Thank you

I have used Heather for an oversized out of Montana, service was good, communication was lacking, It was summer time, she did tell me she was away from home working from her cell phone. The load did pick-up day earlier than expected, and delivery went well. Yes I would use again, be prepared to advise what king of communication you require and I would think she will provide.

We are a Carrier as well and seems that load tracing has gotten stupid lately. Like lets load check on LTL shipments 3 times a day, WHY??? and don't forget to call on Saturday and Sunday as well. (the US brokers like to do this ) What kind of promises are brokers making thier customers to secure the freight. As well as some tracers have no clue as long as you tell them some town or location all is good. So what's the sense of wasting everyones valuable time, when this information is only helpful when or if the carrier doesn't pick-up or deliver as required. Build relationships with the Carrier and they will perform, or is there no trust in humanity.

WHY????? Simple, there are carriers out there, as evidenced by the many reports seen on this site, that lie, deceive and will do everything except tell the truth about the shipments they have accepted. I don't make any promises to my clients other than I will employ the services of reliable, reputable transport companies. Those companies know that as a consciencious broker, I will call to ensure that the freight I entrusted to them is being handled in the manner we agreed on. If one of my "tracers" is not as well versed in North American geography as you, I apologise and will endevour to make them more knowledgeable. However their lack of experience does not, in my opinion, forgive you or any other carrier for providing them with incorrect or misleading information. Whenever I hear one of our "tracers" tell me the carrier told them that "all is good" or some other brush-off response, I get worried. No question, building relationships is the key and the cornerstone of those relationships is telling truth..... all the time.....every time..... period!
