If this is the one on Selby Rd. Brampton, we have used them 6 times this year last one was August and the order had a clearance problem not the carriers fault, they really worked with us to resolve. Did a good job on these orders.
We have them down as rejected for a claim that wasn't ours but from the looks of it, seems that it's going no where and not something we want to deal with if it happens to us. I can't confirm if the below is true or not but wanted to pass along the information if you tend to use them.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH EAGLE FREIGHT HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY CAUSED SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO OUR SHIPMENT, AND DESPITE BEING FULLY RESPONSIBLE, THEY HAVE REFUSED TO PAY THE CLAIM. WHAT’S EVEN WORSE IS THEIR COMPLETE LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS. WE’VE ATTEMPTED TO REACH THEM MULTIPLE TIMES VIA PHONE, EMAIL, AND EVEN THROUGH OUR LEGAL TEAM, BUT THEY EITHER IGNORE OUR MESSAGES OR GIVE US THE RUNAROUND.
