I sent them a confirmation late on Friday afternoon. This was after they explained to me how their recent move has things in a bit of confused state, after I questioned them about the 3 different addresses on their authorities and insurance. They did check out OK on Safer, and with their CVOR.
I had to speak with them this morning regarding a change in the loading time, and none of the phone numbers they supplied were in service. I eventually did get a number to contact them, and was told no one there knew anything about this shipment, and wait until after 09:00 and maybe a dispatcher named Hakim would be able to shed some light on this. I haven't heard from them as yet, and as this is loading today at 11:30, I felt I had no confidence in Dynevor and canceled the confirmation in favor of another carrier.
Perhaps when things get settled with them after their move, and their internal communications improve we can do some business together.
