Has anybody heard about an outfit posing as Dunn Rite Logistics and using East West to pickup and transport freight for them?

Apparently there is a company running around and posing as Dunn Rite, then brokering the freight out to outside carriers, one of them being East West. The kicker to this is - RBA Financial is apparently doing collections for the real Dunn Rite, but have not handled their receivables since October according to Len at the real Dunn Rite.

Anybody totally confused as I am right now? Now why would a financial company still be collecting for a company they are no longer associated with - then pay the fraudulent carrier the funds? Does not make any sense.

Please watch out for this and will update everyone once we get more answers. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Unbelievable

If this is the case and it is the same character as was running Kingston, the pressure to stop him needs to be ratcheted up a notch.

Those maligned by this character under any previous ruses, should write to the member of parliament looking over the sector this gentleman operates in.

This should be a concentrated effort by several carriers/ brokers so that there is a preponderance of mail regarding the issue.

Hey guys,

I took my car in for service about 3 weeks ago to the dealer, and they have this board that shows all 'customer wait' cars in the qeue. One of them was for Gionfriddo, it was a 2009 Cadillac Escalade with a license plate 3FITZGR. It's gotta be him, but I was checking around for someone who seemed to be watching that part of the screen ... couldn't find him.
 
I was informed by Mike at RBA that Tony comes in quite often to drop off invoices for DUNRITE and also picks up the payments.
