Why is it when they cold call, and you tell them you don't want to buy their services, they feel the need to get pushy?
"Don't you care about the stability of your company and your credit?"
Give me a break. Morons. Its happened 3 times now. I must admit I got a little rude with this guy..I think he learned a new word.

I agree completely, plus they tell you that you have suppliers who show you as a slow payer but wont tell you who until you sign up. I get more accurate credit results from this site.

I have just received a call from their collection department, stating I had an outstanding invoice for 2013 renewal. I informed her that I did not renew my subscription, therefore an invoice should not have been generated. I have emails to the customer service as well as "relations" department, stating my cancellation, (done 11 months in advance and reminder 45 days in advance). So, my question: is this "overdue" invoice going to show up in our credit reports? Has this happened to anyone else?
Have a great day,
