Why are the over lords that monitor the MELT system not checking on schools that charge $4000 to ensure they are doing what they are suppose to do?? Is it the usual that they implement programs and don't have the enforcement to ensure they are doing what they are suppose to do?? May be they should merge this article with the increase in truck accidents lately!
