Has anyone else found that the quality of driver candidates on Indeed to be lacking?
Just questioning the value of "sponsoring" a posting.

We stopped bothering with Indeed a long time ago, they call you constantly to get you to pay for listings and sponsor them. We found word of mouth works the best, we offer any driver $1000-1500 for getting someone hired past their probation period and honestly have never had to put up any ads. Incentivize your drivers, they will do the work for you, so long as you are a good employer.

Yes, drivers are more apt to believe other drivers. Of course, your drivers should disclose that they're getting a hire bonus to bring on new drivers. The smarter ones will offer to split the bonus with the new hire..

I find Indeed a waste of time either way. I know a family member trying to find work and all they ran into was bad info or scams.
