I have a friend who just got his license a couple of months ago and is having no luck finding a job due to his lack of experience. He is a middle age family man who got laid off last year and decided to pursue a new carrier. Any advice would be appreciated.

Location has a lot to do with it as well. What city/province are we talking about? I've got a spot open for a DZ driver in the GTA.
