Driver Inc.

What do these drivers expect? dont want to pay taxes and contribute to society? well then dont expect our resources to help collect when you have been defrauded. Nothing you can do, labor court wont help the companies and drivers know exactly what they are doing when it comes to driver inc.

Here here. Looks good on them sorry some will suffer because of it but not like folks have not been telling them they would get screwed eventually with the driver inc bs. Hope CRA see the article and goes after every one of them.

Let's be careful ... nowhere in the article does it say it was a Driver's Inc. fleet, although, like you all, I suspect they were as well.
LrgCar is 100% correct. If they were Driver Inc., they have no wage protections, they only have standing like every other creditor. There is no way they should be afforded any extra protections on the taxpayer's dime.
Unfortunately Rob, CRA will do nothing about it unless one of the drivers makes a complaint, but then they will be exposing themselves as well for quite likely not pay their obligations as well.

@TRANSPORTO ... please do. Go ahead and shout :)
(you'll probably be surprised at who reads posts here)
