Double Brokered (Originally Amazon Relay)

Hi,
Please assist , a load was brokered by some one pretending to use a very established broker name (identity theft)
obviously the load really didn't belong to that broker... realized in hindsight.

The load belongs to AMAZON RELAY, can anyone assist with contacts that will assist in this situation (Please)
So far unsuccessful, the team monitoring aprelay@amazon.com is very un-understanding of what we are reaching out for.

try reaching out to the Amazon location you picked up the freight from. If its a relay move, it will have a VRID# associated with it. They can usually get you in touch with the right ppl.

If you don't have contacts with Amazon it's going to be tough, or impossible, to collect these. It took our firm 12 months, 2 lawsuits, and about 20 unpaid invoices to establish our contacts.

May I ask are you a collector (law firm) or a transportation company ?
