Double Broker

Road Land Logistics out of New Brunswick just brokered out a few loads to some Ontario carriers. When the carriers were picking up the Logistics company out of the US called the shipper to find out who was picking up, when the shipper told them the US company called the carriers direct.
So beware dealing with this company, they were paying the carriers 300-400 more then what the US company was paying Road Land.

Their MC# shows them out of Miami, FL. The address they registered with the FMCSA shows up as a UPS Store.

These wonderful people are associated with M. Haris Transport as well, they book under M. Haris and broker back out under Road Land. Only caught them because the pars they had on the BOL was invalid.

Just caught them red handed double brokering Hub Toledo loads. they were going to pay me $350 more than Hub was going to pay them arent they just the most generous guys to deal with. i am positive it was just there goodwill towards men in this Christmas season that was coming out.

Just caught Road Land giving an Ontario Carrier $ 300.00 more, then what i was giving to M Haris Transport

I was able to get Road Land credit info. the contact name is Daniel Burch.

According to the Quebec revenu, Daniel Burch is the Owner of M Haris Transport.

They have been phoning us with the loads going from Etobicoke to Florida for flats. All the US people are offering around $1800.00 US and these guys are willing to pay over $3000.00. I had mentioned to the about double brokering any they promptley hung up the phone go figure..
