I am surprised to hear this! I have used Victoria Pacific many times on regular LTL shipments as well as expedites and they have always done good work for me!

Used them once to Ottawa a couple years ago. Did a good job. But then again things change.

I used them once on a load and it was a horiffic experience. They clearly have communication problems.

Natalia does weekly work for me. She needs to be babysat as she is the only dispatcher, a/p, a/r etc...I had to put her in her place one time because she thought I was just a stupid broker, I quickly changed that and now she makes sure all is ok with my freight.
Crap happens sometimes as long as the honesty is there I can't blame.

We just had a very similar experience with Victoria Pacific and the unknown whereabouts of the truck and ignoring calls and missing freight for a day and a half. Previously, she did ok but this was so bad that we will not use them anymore.

Cant say much about the service but they have quite a few trailers sold them 3 last year myself...

Liars! They ignore calls and emails. Very hard to trace with them. We cut them off now.

other than Natalie being too BUSY , Are there any other concerns We should know about? does she really still only have one truck? I have weekly loads with their company I would like to know if I need to cut her off as well. I know she is Very Busy , She usually answers me, USUALLY'

They definitely have more than one truck but are not large by any stretch ... probably not more than 10 trucks. They rent parking close by to us.

we used them in March they did an ok job. Used them again on Tuesday with 1/2 load out of Chicago , they don't answer the phone , Voice mail full , They don't respond to emails I cant give my customer any Info on their hot Load .
They are Now on Our DNU list

I used to do business with Natalia for a long time until I lost a customer, I cut her off. I went back and finally got my customer back, she found out and called the customer directly saying it was her freight and she would do directly for cheaper. my customer knew better and advised me what she had done. She is cut off for good.

Took a full load to deliver today, calls this morning saying truck broke down and she is returning the freight back. Had to pay out of pocket to hire someone else for a round trip. Beware when hiring her, she's cheaper then most but unreliable.
