just curious how firm is your DNU list - almost 15 yrs in various roles in the trucking business and I find my DNU is flexible to a certain point. Is there a policy you all have to re-evaluate?
For us it depends on the level of transgression. If it was a whopper then its good bye for all days. If it was a fubar combined with a tantrum on our end, once the dust has settled we are open to revisiting. We have been known to give the odd DNU list a second try. Some are there forever like Traffic Tech when some VP tells me I cannot survive without him he is DNU. That was 20 years ago does anyone know if they are still in business?
