We did one shipment with them. It went fine but I'm not sure I would use them again. All follow ups required a call back which makes me wonder. Having said that, it was a rush shipment and everything happened on time.
 
I don't see that they have brokerage authorities. Is this a crossborder shipment?
Their OOS % is a big enough flag for me...
