Booked a load with them for Friday Pickup. Recieved a call between 5-6pm stating that the driver couldn't make the pickup and kicked the load back. Kinda received the "too bad for you" attitude. Guy who called was on a cell phone and basically yelled at me for complaining about the kicked back load.

Thanks inspgdgt. Crummy service and slow to pay. Sounds like DNU for me!
Usually when the dispatcher uses "honey" and "sweetie" in the same sentence I know they are trying to pull the wool over my eyes!
 
I have been in this industry over 20 years and have never called anyone 'honey' or 'sweetie'....Geez...what next...little pat on the head? Hopefully saved you some grief over your shipment.
 
Figured I'd give credit when due. Just used on a pretty important shipment. Picked up and delivered on time and as promised would use again

I have a huge ****DO NOT USE*** in their file.... i beleive a load not p/u, a big attitude was great reason for justification.
 
Looks like we've used them 5 times since 2001. Of those 4 shipments delivered late. Weather, truck broke down, driver is sick etc. (old school book of excuses). Maybe just unlucky with us... but I'd keep a close eye on then if this is an important shipment to you.
